It took our entire life experience to create who we are NOW. If one finds oneself not happy with one's current state of mind and existence, then now is time for a change. That is the basis of my positive change coaching. What took a life time to create can be positively changed in just a few sessions. Old habits and negative attitudes can cause an underlying anger which leads to depression and anxiety. Although this sounds simplistic, there are some amazing techniques which allow the mind to perceive things differently. Starting with learning how this happened and how it can be changed is the goal of Positive change coaching. Individuals and couples can develop unhealthy habits which, if not changed, can destroy ones ability to live a happy and stress free life

Dr. Raitano is a Positive Change Coach who assists clients in achieving a state of congruency. She has been successful in aiding clients achieve personal goals in the work place, at home, and in sports performance. She does so in a non threatening educational manner which is the objective of Positive Change coaching.
